We are hiring Workforce Planning Analyst:Analyze historical data, industry trends, and other factors to forecast future workforce needs. Collaborate with department managers and stakeholders to align staffing plans.Responsibilities:Develop staffing plans to ensure adequate resource coverage for business needs.Analyze workforce data to optimize staffing levels, scheduling, and resource allocation. Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.Propose design solutions and implement changes in ERP systems and master database.Maintain vacancy status and coordinate with HR and Recruitment for effective initiatives, ensuring timely validation of RFV records.Update employment status changes in manpower database and related systems.Coordinate and analyze probation, transfer, service extension, secondment, and deputation of employees.Assist HR in monitoring and implementing succession planning, career development, and Qatarization processes. Develop strategies to promote Qatarization.Support Head of Recruitment & Planning in developing recruitment initiatives and business plans.Maintain updated statistics on joiners and leavers for manpower planning and forecasting.Utilize ERP software and tools for forecasting and scheduling. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.Collaborate with HR, recruitment, operations, and other departments to align workforce plans with business goals.Communicate workforce requirements, staffing plan changes, and performance updates to stakeholders.Identify opportunities to streamline and automate workforce management processes. Propose and implement improvements.Ensure compliance with HR laws, regulations, and company policies related to workforce management.Maintain data on employees with special employment contracts and update employee records.Prepare organization development reports, charts, and dashboards by analyzing data and trends.Conduct compliance audits for system and employee records to ensure data accuracy.Work with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section to secure and maintain ISO/Risk Management/ISMS certifications.Experience And Education:Bachelor's degree in Business/HRPostgraduate in Human Resources is preferred.Minimum 10 years’ Experience in a similar role.Proficiency in spoken and written English & Arabic, preferred.Knowledge and Understanding of ERP system and HR Information system.Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management.Knowledge of HR ISO Process/ Risk Management system.Ability to Communicate with stakeholders.Decision Making and Problem Solving.Planning and Organizing.Process Excellence.Critical thinking and ability to work in diverse teams.Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR18,000.00 per monthEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:Similar role: 5 years (Preferred)Application Deadline: 13/03/2024#J-18808-Ljbffr
