Reception Manager, Workshop Supervisors, Team Leaders, Technicians,Body Shop, Parts Department, Reception staff and personnel within theworkshop.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Establish rapport and trust with customers.2. Document vehicle problems by listening to customers describe them and by asking probingquestions.3. Road-test customer vehicles to confirm problems and, after service, to ensure that repairs havebeen completed.4. Maintain extensive contact with customers, phoning to provide estimates on service and repairsbefore jobs are begun, explaining the appointment/scheduling system to customers, andestablishing with customers the method of payment for repairs (cash, warranty, etc.).5. Maintain communication with the Workshop Controller and Technicians to obtain information onupdates and status of repairs.6. Offer additional maintenance and repair services to customers when appropriate.7.
