As a member of the Al-Futtaim Group, we enjoy the benefits of being a part of one of the leading business houses operating in the lower Gulf Region.To be able to attend to all plumbing repairs and maintenance, the following responsibilities are expected:Installing or maintaining heating systemsRepairing sanitation systemsFitting bathroomsEmergency repairsCarry out and ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)Install underground storm, sanitary and water piping systems, including piping to connect fixtures and plumbing to these systemsSafe and professional use of appropriate hand and power tools or machines such as pipe cutters, pipe-threading machines, and pipe-bending machinesAssemble pipe sections, tubing, and fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, and plastic solventRepair and maintain plumbing, replacing or mending broken pipes and opening blocked drainsEducation:2 year Diploma in Air Conditioning / Electrical / Mechanical from a recognized collegeExperience:3 years of related maintenance work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceTechnical Skills:Knowledge of plumbing fixtures and their componentsBehavioral Skills:- Able to work under pressure and along with groups of people to achieve maximum efficiency- Self-motivated with skills to motivate others- Strong verbal and written communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
