Job Purpose• To implement from sketches to detailed architectural design works including execution with instructions from Team Leader or Architect.Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:Adheres and complies to standards set for execution of implementation of design works.Prepares architectural project drawings with consistency in accuracy, neatness and presentation.Attends to any direct instructions from PHAD regarding the development and progress of the production design drawings.Ensures design works are submitted on time as per scheduled.Functional Relationships:Internal:• Works with Team Leader, Production Head and/or GM-PCS for instructions for any amendments to drawing documents and other related issues.Minimum Requirements:• Degree in Architecture or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience and hands-on practice.• For Diploma holder - with at least 5 years of experience and hands-on practice.Generic Competencies required / desired for the role:High Level of:CreativityKnowledge in REVIT / CAD Standards and softwareProblem Solving SkillsResults OrientationAbility to Work Under PressureCommunication SkillsTeam Playing Abilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
