You are to develop and implement a strategy to ensure rates and pricing are the best in the industry while constantly maximizing revenue, margin opportunities and ensure that contractual performance is monitored, audited and corrected.As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:Actively identify, pursue, negotiate exclusive, profitable deals and partnerships which matches the business goals of Discover Qatar (DQ) and Qatar Airways Holidays (QRH).Plan and manage provisions in contracts, including terms, conditions and financial requirements to ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, company policies and procedures.Develop and implement a pricing strategy through adequate research and planning to maximize all yield and revenue opportunities in line with business.Monitor and audit performance of each signed contract, manage contractual changes and prepare reports on the status of contracts for management along with it to evaluate and benchmark contracts against market competition to ensure competitive advantage.Expand the portfolio of accounts and negotiate contracts for hotels and services.Build relationships with suppliers by attending regular meetings and sales calls.Support the team and stakeholders with any booking related issues, contractual queries, disputes or settlements.Prepare periodic presentations, reporting and analysis of product performance.Oversee and supervise employees within the team. Direct daily activities, recruit, train, develop and discipline to ensure a high standard of service delivery.QualificationsAbout youBachelors with minimum of 07 years of relevant experience.Knowledgeable and experienced in the travel and airline industries within commercial sales management area.Excellent negotiating and contracting skills required with an understanding of all aspects of international tour operations.Comprehensive regional/ product knowledge of Qatar and GCC in particular.Knowledge of tourism markets and of the key players will be an advantage.If you’re ready to join a progressive team and have a challenging and rewarding career, then apply now by uploading your CV and completing our quick application form.#J-18808-Ljbffr
