Coordinates the usage and availability of the Project vehicles at Site;Coordinates the commuting of PMT personnel to / from Site.Works effectively within the team to coordinate vehicles and personnel movements; address issues and bottle necks; resolve and drive issues to conclusion.Works on high capital expenditure projects (CAT 1) in a highly dynamic team environment that has tight-deadlines, high pressure and visibility, requiring accuracy, initiative and the ability to multi-task as essential skills.Demonstrates willingness to tackle a variety of tasks in response to evolving business support needs.Your TasksIs part of the Logistics Division Organization and provides daily support to the Site / Construction Manager, Superintendent, and other on-site team members.Coordinates the daily commuting of PMT personnel from collection points to Ras Laffan sites, and vice-versa.Coordinates and ensures availability of Project vehicles to support construction and Site operations, including IVMS systems.Is the main contact point of Project drivers, coordinates their presence and availability.Interfaces with Facility Management Department, in particular the Transport section, for drivers and vehicles management (reception, inspection, services and maintenance, refueling, cleaning, repair, etc).May interface with RLC on administrative activities (e.g. permits, vehicle inspections, etc.) as required.Monitors progress, maintains reporting, and takes necessary actions to ensure timely execution of Site logistics activities.Identifies site and operations related training needs and arranges for the same as per requirements; tracks training and ensures compliance. Collects, issues, keeps and maintains all necessary reports and vehicles logs.Delivers visible HSE leadership.Your ProfileBachelor of Science, High Diploma or relevant experience in logistics and/or administrative coordination in large scale projects.Minimum three (3) to Five (5) years of Experience, specific involvement in personnel and vehicle coordination and administration. Additional relevant work experience may be substituted for technical education. Robust administrative proven experience.Good knowledge and use of MS office (Word, Excel)Good knowledge of Project Execution- a bonusInternational experience, especially in Qatar or the Middle East, is preferred. Furthermore, ideally candidate will have experience working in RLIC and large scale projects.May hold a valid driving license.Good written and verbal communication skills.Good Follow-up skillsGood Problem Solving skillsOur OfferSalary:Day Rate in USD Plus AllowanceWork Schedule:10 Hours / 6 DaysDuration:Jul 2027, with possible extensionLocation:Qatar#J-18808-Ljbffr
