```htmlJob DescriptionResponsibilities:Accountable for system completion and preservation execution from preparation stage to final acceptance.Accountable for preservation and protection of all equipment installed in the WHP.Interface with various project teams and departments on resolving related issues that require effective communication, initiative, flexibility, and an ability to induce collaboration.Focal point for pipeline pre-commissioning activities at Onshore and Offshore promoting and implementing safety on Commissioning activities at site.Implement the safety observations reporting and monitoring.Lead execution of pipeline pre-commissioning activities at onshore and offshore and keep the team committed to targets defined by the project completion schedule.Assist the Offshore Commissioning/Systems Completion Division Manager in executing Project responsibilities for pipeline pre-commissioning scope of work.Anticipate, prepare, and manage all pipeline pre-commissioning activities of the Project including system completion and all pre-commissioning deliverables, ensuring technical objectives are met within the approved scope, budget, and schedule.Ensure coordination and communication for site activities with other disciplines such as pipeline engineering, installation, hook-up, completion team, and HSE representatives while providing technical support to contractors regarding quality, safety, planning, engineering, and preservation.Review, approve, and implement system completion and pre-commissioning technical documents prepared by Contractor.Ensure Contractor submits all documents as per schedule and timely reviews and approvals in accordance with contract requirements.Review and propose mitigation for pipeline pre-commissioning aspects of the Risk Management Plan and monitor the mitigation when defined.Review all onshore and offshore Pipeline Pre-commissioning changes, including justification for cost and schedule impacts, in accordance with the PMOC procedure.Attend meetings as required, mentor trainees to develop their project skills and experience while being on site; maintain a register of lessons learned.Essential Skills and Knowledge:Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent; however, any qualification or technical knowledge requirements may be waived through relevant work experience.Minimum 8 years of total experience with at least 6 years demonstrated as pipeline pre-commissioning lead in major capital projects.Experience with pipeline pre-commissioning activities including FCG, Hydrotest, intelligent pigging (ILI), dewatering, drying, pre-batch pigging, and N2 packing for onshore and offshore pipelines including interface work with other contractors and SIMOPS.Experience handling Intelligent Pigging (ILI) including technology adapted for intelligent pigging operations services such as MFL, UT, EC, EMAT, etc., and including experience for handling geometric/caliper tools.Worldwide pipeline pre-commissioning experience with sub-contractors or under company and familiarity with preparation documents and tools for pre-commissioning campaigns.Familiarity with ICAPS system completion database will be advantageous.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.Computer literacy involving regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications.Ability to communicate with Contractor’s team and obtain required information as requested.Experienced with interface coordination and support activities and documentation.```#J-18808-Ljbffr
